We always aim to arrive at the property at the agreed time, usually 8am. The first thing our team will do is apply carpet protectors and cover surface areas with dust sheets to ensure your home is well looked after during the installation.
The water and gas will be isolated to allow us to remove your existing boiler. This means that during the installation there will be no running water, so be sure to fill the kettle before we arrive.
Being environmentally conscious, we will take away all debris and packaging and recycle as much as possible, leaving your home just as neat and tidy as we found it — only a little cosier thanks to your new boiler.
Once your new boiler has been installed, we will complete the registration with Gas Safe / Oftec and with Worcester Bosch.
